In order to keep our focus on creation and connnection, all generations on the KID Device run in a privatized cloud that only you can access. 

For all KID Creative Functions, you will need:

Device Setup: 

 

To Setup KID, download the KID Parent App using the QR Code in the Box and enable Bluetooth on your phone.

**(Ensure you are connected to your preferred WIFI Network)**

 

Once you have downloaded the App

          1. Create an account.

          2. Select Subscription Plan

          3. Enter Billing Info

          4. Create KID Profile

          5. Enable Location Permission and Turn on Device (click the center button on the top of your device to turn it on)

          6. Click the device on your Parent App, and Input Wifi Password

          7. Enjoy the creativity! 

 

**TroubleShooting Guide**

If you are having issues paring the wifi, delete the password from the autofill and try again.

GENERAL WARNINGS

  • This product is intended for children aged 4 years and above.
  • Adult supervision is required when the product is being used, charged, or maintained.
  • This device is not a toy and contains electronic components that require careful handling.
  • Do not allow children under 3 years old to handle the device. Small parts may present a choking hazard.
  • Use the device only as described in this manual.

ELECTRICAL AND BATTERY SAFETY

  • Use only the supplied charger and USB cable. Using other accessories may damage the device or pose safety risks.
  • **Do not charge near water** or in damp environments (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens).
  • An adult should perform all charging of the device.
  • Charge the product in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.
  • The battery is non-replaceable and non-serviceable. Do not attempt to open, crush, puncture, or short-circuit the battery.
  • Stop using the product immediately if it becomes hot, emits an unusual odor, leaks, or shows signs of damage.
  • Unplug the charger once charging is complete. Do not leave the device connected to power for extended periods.

PHYSICAL SAFETY

  • Do not drop, throw, or step on the device.
  • Keep away from sharp objects that could puncture or scratch the surface.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the device.
  • Do not allow the device to be bitten, chewed, or otherwise placed in the mouth.
  • Use only approved accessories designed for this product.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Operate between 0°C and 35°C (32°F–95°F).
  • Do not expose the device to direct sunlight for long periods or leave it inside a hot vehicle.
  • Protect the device from water, rain, and excessive humidity.
  • Store in a **cool, dry place** when not in use.

HEALTH AND COMFORT

  • To protect your child’s eyes, limit continuous screen use to short sessions (20–30 minutes), followed by a break.
  • Maintain a safe viewing distance (at least 30 cm / 12 inches).
  • Adjust brightness and volume to comfortable levels.
  • Avoid listening through headphones at high volumes to prevent hearing damage.
  • Encourage correct sitting posture during use.

PRIVACY AND ONLINE SAFETY

  • Parents or guardians should set up and manage all accounts and Wi-Fi connections.
  • Monitor your child’s online activity and use of connected features.
  • Do not share personal information such as names, addresses, or photos without parental consent.
  • Enable parental controls and safe browsing features if available.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Turn off and unplug the device before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids, sprays, or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the device. For service, contact customer support.
  • Keep charging ports and jacks free of dust and debris.

REGULATORY AND DISPOSAL INFORMATION

  • This product complies with COPPA, PRIVO, CPC
  • Do not dispose of this product or battery with household waste.
  • Follow local recycling and electronic waste disposal regulations.
